Soo BrewSoo Brew - 27 IBUs, 4.8% ABV. Ray worked for six years to perfect this recipe. Soo Brew is a session ale, but very full on flavor. True beer lovers will love this beer. Made with ingredients imported from the UK, including the finest Maris Otter malt, two specialty malts which give Soo Brew it's unique flavor and the very popular UK Fuggles hops. This beer differs from English Ales as the local water, which Ray leaves untreated, doesn't give the beer the sharp back-end English Ales are noted for. The water makes this beer virtually impossible to clone outside Sault Ste.Marie. This is a very mellow, easy-drinking beer.

GoldiLocks Blonde AleGoldiLocks Blonde Ale - 15 IBUs, 5.9% ABV. The perfect transition beer for commercial beer drinkers. A Golden, malty beer brewed just yards from the historic Soo Locks (hence the name). A hint of wheat lightens up this beer, which is bittered with mild Willamette hops from the Pacific Northwest. Not your typical Blonde Ale, as it's slightly stronger than most of its type, GoldiLocks is juuusssssst right!

Sooper Yooper IPASooper Yooper IPA - 58 IBUs, 7.1% ABV. As popular as it is nowadays to push the envelope to 80 IBUs and beyond, this is a very well-balanced IPA. Ray created this recipe in 2009 as an anniversary gift to his wife, who loves good IPAs. The Sooper Yooper IPA is a classic, with six hop additions. Ray utilizes both Centennial and Cascade hops, and dry hops with a pound of Cascade for each barrel produced.

Maggie's Irish RedMaggie's Irish Red - 22 IBUs, 6.7% alcohol by volume. This was supposed to be the March Seasonal for St. Patrick's Day, and was on tap on SBC's opening day. It sold out so quickly, and is so popular it has become a staple. Featuring ingredients from several European countries, Canada and the US, Maggie's is a unique treat with wonderful color and not too much caramel taste. We use roasted barley, three specialty malts, Northern Brewer and German Tettnanger hops to make Maggie's Irish Red as unique as the girl it is named after...Ray's youngest daughter, Magdalene, who loves to fill those peanut bags at SBC!

Soo Grand CruSoo Grand Cru - 19 IBUs, 6.7% ABV. The Grand Cru was intended to be SBC's finest product, and it is an instant favorite of many, including non-beer drinkers. It's a Belgian Witbier spiked with 50 pounds of honey. Bittered just slightly with German Hallertau hops to balance the flavor, we use hand-crushed coriander and the orange peel that makes this style the classic that it is. Enough said!

Braveheart StoutBraveheart Stout - 30 IBUs, 6.0% ABV. Ray himself is not much of a Stout fan, so as a homebrewer, he created a Stout that he himself could enjoy. It's a simple recipe: no coffee, no chocolate, liquorice, anise or other ingredients that would conflict with German purity laws: Roasted Barley and Black Patent malt flavor this beer and make it one that Stout lovers and non-Stout lovers alike can enjoy. Try it! It's AWESOME!
